James W. McConkie, III is primarily involved in general civil and commercial litigation, with special emphasis in business disputes, employment, trademark, and unfair business practices matters. His trial experience includes work before judges and juries in both the state and federal courts of Utah. Mr. McConkie earned his law degree from the George Washington University in 1999. In law school, he served as an International Dean's Fellow, was a member of the Moot Court Board and was an award-winning member of the G.W. Trial Court Board. He holds a Certificate of International Legal Practice awarded by the Center for International Legal Studies in Vienna, Austria, in 2000 and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
