Profile

Jason earned his law degree from the University of Utah. His practice focuses on DUI defense. He has completed the NHTSA SFST Student and Instructor courses and the Intoxilyzer Operators and Technicians courses. Jason is a proud member of the Utah State Bar, Salt Lake County Bar, Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National College of DUI Defense. He was the first attorney in Utah to become Board Certified in DUI Defense. Jason is known as one of the most knowledgeable, aggressive, and effective DUI defense attorneys in Utah.
