Michael Skolnick is a shareholder in the Salt Lake law firm Kipp & Christian, P.C. His practice emphasizes professional malpractice defense, commercial litigation, personal injury law, and general civil litigation. Representative clients include corporations, attorneys, accountants, real estate agents and brokers, insurance agents, plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and product liability actions, and a variety of other litigation and business clients. Mr. Skolnick is a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a 1985 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. He joined Kipp & Christian in 1988 and became a shareholder in 1992. He is a frequent lecturer on topics related to professional malpractice defense and associated insurance issues.
