Mr. Zundel provides litigation and bankruptcy services to banks, leasing companies, real estate developers, investors, bankruptcy trustees, and business people in a variety of enterprises, including agriculture, manufacturing, aviation, mining, communications, leasing, and real estate development. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Aldon J. Anderson Inn of Court (President, 2006-2008), and the Utah Bankruptcy Lawyers Forum (President, 2003-2004). He has served on the advisory committee for the local rules of practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. He earned his law degree from the University of Utah, where he published as a member of the Utah Law Review. He also holds an MBA from the same university.
