Profile

Mr. Erbin’s practice concentrates on banking and foreclosure work, title insurance claim defense, and real estate litigation. He represents banks and title insurers. He has wide experience in civil work in state, federal and bankruptcy court. He has participated in the successful defense of a products liability claim arising from the nation’s worst mine fire in 20 years. He received undergraduate and master’s degrees in economics, with honors, from Stanford University and earned his J.D. degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.
