Hon. William B. Bohling (ret.) is a full-time professional mediator and a Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. He mediates a broad range of disputes, emphasizing high-conflict, complex, multi-party cases. His 40-year legal career includes 3-years at Justice’s Antitrust Division, 5-years as a law professor, 16-years in private practice, and 11-years on Utah’s district court bench. Judge Bohling was named the Utah Bar’s 1993 Distinguished Lawyer of the Year, its 2004 Judge of the Year, and was awarded the UCCR’s 2005 Peacekeeper Award. . As a mediator, he enjoys a Martindale-Hubbell a v rating, and has been listed in the 2008-09 editions of Best Lawyers in America, the 2007-09 editions of Utah Business Magazine’s Legal Elite, and the 2008-09 editions of Mountain States’ Super Lawyers.
