Elizabeth J. Grant, the founding partner of Grant Norten PLLC, represents a wide variety of corporations, mental health and health care organizations, and educational entities in proactive management of employment and educational matters as well as related litigation. She has mediated many disputes and offers third-party, independent investigation services. A cum laude graduate of Colgate, she received her J.D. from Union University. Attorney Grant was formerly a partner with the Burlington law firm of Paul Frank + Collins PC, where she chaired the Employment and Education Law Department. Ms. Grant formerly counseled the Vermont Department of Education, was an Assistant Attorney General, and was appointed by the Governor to the Commission on ADR.
