Over the past 19 years, G. Russell “Rusty” Boleman has built Boleman Law Firm into a nationally recognized and respected consumer bankruptcy practice. With offices in Richmond, Charlottesville, Virginia Beach and Hampton, the 17 lawyers in the firm are united by the vision of the founding philosophy. His memberships have included the Virginia State Bar, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, American Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bar Association, Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Richmond Bar Association, for which he served as chairman of the bankruptcy section. Boleman has also authored publications and served as a speaker for many organizations including NACTT, ABI, Virginia CLE and West Publications. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the E. Claiborne Robbins School of Business and the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond.
