Over the past 18 years, G. Russell “Rusty” Boleman has built Boleman Law Firm into a nationally recognized and respected consumer bankruptcy practice. Named to the 2008 Super Lawyers® list, Boleman was also listed in Virginia Business magazine as one of Virginia’s Legal Elite bankruptcy lawyers and rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest rating accorded to lawyers in that national publication. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Richmond School of Law. His memberships have included the Virginia State Bar, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, American Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bar Association, Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar, and the Richmond Bar Association where he served as chairman of the Bankruptcy Section. Boleman has also authored publications and served as a speaker for many organizations including NACTT, ABI, Virginia CLE, and West Publications. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the E. Claiborne Robbins School of Business and T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond.
