Andrew, a partner with his father, Stanley, in their Norfolk law firm founded in 1911 by the late Herman A. Sacks, is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dartmouth College and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law. For over 29 years, he has practiced plaintiffs’ personal injury and criminal defense. Andrew is Immediate Past President of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, a Past President of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and has been listed in the 1993-2010 editions of The Best Lawyers in America.
