Brickford Y. Brown has over 28 years of trial experience and has tried scores of complex cases involving science- or medicine-based evidence ranging from first degree murder to toxic torts/product liability. He is a past Chair of the Defense Research Institute's Toxic Tort and Environmental Law Committee and is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel has been named to the International Who's Who of Product Liability Defense Lawyers. He also served as President of the Chesterfield Public Education Foundation and was elected President of the Kanawha County (WV) Bar Association. He was educated at Texas Tech University and Washington & Lee School of Law and frequently writes and lectures on science-based evidence.
