Profile

Bruce has been engaged in handling commercial litigation cases since he began practicing in 1979. Much of his litigation practice involves construction-related disputes. He represents developers, builders, architects, engineers and commercial real estate brokers in a variety of cases. In addition, Bruce has been on the faculty of the Virginia Building Code Academy since its inception more than 20 years ago, and has taught building officials and inspectors all over the Commonwealth. Besides commercial litigation, Bruce handles complex domestic relations cases involving substantial assets. Bruce is the Managing Partner of Cantor Arkema, P.C., and is involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Weaver Athletic Association.
