Profile

Ms. Grimes practices in all areas of family law including divorce, support, child custody, equitable distribution, retirement issues and prenuptial agreements. She practices in all of the Circuit, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts in Northern Virginia and has argued before the Court of Appeals. She has lectured on family law topics ranging from custody to retirement. In addition to traditional litigation, Ms. Grimes practices law in the collaborative law model. She received the LSNV Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award in 2001 and was named Local Bar Leader of the Year in 2006 by the Virginia State Bar. Lieblich & Grimes, P.C. also has an office in Leesburg, Virginia.
