Profile

Charlie C.H. Lee is a founding partner of Moore & Lee, LLP. He specializes in areas of construction, government contracts, and suretyship law concerning heavy industrial and commercial projects. His experience includes all phases of construction contracting, from contract formation and review, to litigating and arbitrating disputes on behalf of contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and owners. He has successfully handled delay, impact, and inefficiency cases; default termination cases; and termination for convenience claims before various federal and state courts and administrative boards.
