Mr. Malinowski is a Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  He co-authors Virginia Continuing Legal Education’s Negotiating and Drafting Marital Agreements Handbookand has lectured on the topic and on other subjects such as custody, expert witnesses and paralegal training at various CLE seminars throughout Virginia. Mr. Malinowski served on the Board of Governors of the Fairfax Bar Association Family Law Section, the Fairfax Bar Association Pro Bono Committee (past-Chairman), and the Circuit Court Committee. He was an assistant editor of the law review at Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he graduated cum laude.
