Douglas helps clients with a variety of workplace issues, including: employment discrimination and retaliation claims; wage and hour claims; employment agreements and severance plans; human resource policies and procedures; employee handbooks; job descriptions; employee benefits; leaves of absence; hiring, compensation, and discipline issues.
