Elizabeth L. Gray is an elder law attorney certified by the National Elder Law Foundation. She received her license to practice law from the Supreme Court of Virginia in 1996 and has been practicing estate planning and elder law for more than 10 years.
As an attorney at the law firm of Cossa, Gray and O'Reilly, PLC, she drafts a wide array of estate planning documents and assists disabled adults in obtaining public benefits such as Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability (SSD). She has also assisted many families in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings as a court-appointed guardian ad litem.
Elizabeth received the "Legal Assistance Distinguished Service Award" from the American Bar Association for the assistance she provided to victims of September 11, 2001. She is a co-chairperson of the Fairfax County Bar Association's Wills, Trusts & Estates Section. She is the former co-chairperson of the Fairfax County Bar Association's Elder Law and Law Practice Management Sections. In addition, Elizabeth currently serves as the vice president of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
