Frank Cowan is the founding member and Chairman of the CowanGates law firm. He has over 45 years of trial and litigation experience, including personal injury, criminal, civil, and commercial litigation; zoning; land use; insurance defense; and family law. His practice now focuses on alternative dispute resolution, and he has served in over 400 mediations and arbitrations.
