Gregory O. Harbison is the founder of The Harbison Law Firm and has been representing seriously injured workers in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1998. Mr. Harbison handles complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. Mr. Harbison has been named in Virginia Rising Stars (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010). Mr. Harbison serves as the Legislative Chair for the Workers' Compensation Section of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, where he advocates at the General Assembly on behalf of injured workers. Mr. Harbison has spoken to numerous groups and attorneys on workers' compensation law. He serves on a committee which produces the Annual Workers' Compensation Advanced Practice Retreat education program for other lawyers who represent injured workers. In 2008, he was awarded the Krista Latshaw Pro Bono Service Award by the Legal Information Network for Cancer.
