Profile

Ms. Rosen's practice has consistently focused on child and family law issues. After working as a staff attorney for the American Prosecutors Research Institute, where she focused on issues of juvenile delinquency and child abuse, Ms. Rosen was appointed Special Counsel for the Division of Child Support Enforcement by the Attorney General of Virginia. Since then, Ms. Rosen has expanded her practice to include matters of child custody and visitation, protective orders, spousal support, and equitable distribution of marital assets and liabilities. Ms. Rosen is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and George Mason School of Law.
