Hugh M. Fain, III is a Shareholder and Managing Director of Spotts Fain, PC, a firm of 31 attorneys focusing on corporate and real estate transactions and business litigation. Mr. Fain handles a wide variety of commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on contract disputes, business torts, employment law, intellectual property, shareholder and partnership disputes, and construction litigation. Mr. Fain is immediate past president of the Richmond Bar Association and a member of the Virginia Bar Association's Board of Governors. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the VMI Foundation.
