For over 43 years as a litigator and lawyer, Tom McGrath has represented those who have been injured. More particularly, during the past 18 years his practice has focused on the representation of motorcyclists and motorcycling issues. As an advocate for motorcyclists he has spearheaded efforts to increase safety through training and awareness. As an attorney he has provided legal guidance and assistance to injured motorcyclists. He has been recognized by the National Coalition of Motorcyclists, the American Motorcyclist Association and the Motorcycle Riders Foundation, and is the recipient of the Governor's Transportation Safety Award. He is licensed in Virginia, South Carolina, and Tennessee and in U.S. District Courts, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
