Jean Galloway Ball advises seniors, disabled adults and their families on life care and estate and trust planning, Medicaid qualification and asset preservation, special needs planning, trust adminitration, probate, guardianship/conservatorship and fiduciary litigation. Mrs. Ball is certified in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation, which is accredited by the American Bar Association. She is a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP) of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She served two years as the president of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (VAELA). She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California and an honors graduate of The George Washington University Law School.
