John D. Ayers focuses his practice exclusively on representation of the injured in the state and federal courts of Virginia. He grew up in Hanover County, received his undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from Virginia Tech and his law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. John worked as a legal assistant for four years while attending law school and was a clerk for Judge Melvin R. Hughes in the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond in 2003. John has spoken at numerous seminars for lawyers and paralegals and published a journal article titled "Should I Pay This ERISA Claim?"
