Ms. Dickerson, a partner with SmolenPlevy, was recognized as one of the 2007 Leaders in the Law by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. She is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Dickerson currently serves on the VSB Lawyer Malpractice Insurance Special Committee and has served on committees of the Fairfax Bar Association. Dickerson serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Virginia.  She is also the President-elect of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association – Northern Virginia Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association's state board. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the George Mason University School of Law, where she serves as Treasurer of the Alumni Board of Directors.
