Profile

Mr. Livingston is chair of the Virginia State Bar Litigation Section Board of Governors and Vice-Chair of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board. A member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors since 1999, he is director of the Virginia College of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the Boyd-Graves Conference and the Virginia Supreme Court’s Appellate Rules Advisory Committee and Electronic Filing Study Committee. He lectures widely and is co-author of Evidence for the Trial Lawyer, a Matthew-Bender publication. He teaches Trial Advocacy and Trial Evidence at the University of Virginia School of Law.
