Profile

Mr. Shoun, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Randolph-Macon College, received his law degree from Duke University. After three years in Army JAG, he entered private practice in Northern Virginia and limits his practice to family and domestic relations law. Mr. Shoun has authored scores of published family law articles and, over the past 30 years, has conducted more than 100 seminars for attorneys and judges throughout Virginia. His reputation has earned him the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating (AV), as well as inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America. In addition, Mr. Shoun is a Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation, an honor limited to 1 percent of Virginia lawyers.
