Profile

Mr. Flax became associated with Tavss Fletcher in 2004 and concentrates on personal injury, criminal, and family law. He graduated from Norfolk Academy in 1996. He attended the University of Maryland at College Park where he received his undergraduate degree in 2000. He earned his law degree at the American University Washington College of Law. He recently won his first Court of Appeals case, Cedric Plather v. Commonwealth of Virginia. He is married and currently resides in Virginia Beach. He serves on the board of Jewish Family Services and the D.A. Taylor Charitable Foundation.
