Stanley Samorajczyk is a practicing attorney with Anapolis-based firm McNamee, Hosea, Jernigan, Kim, Greenan & Lynch. Mr. Samorajczyk focuses his practice on financial restructuring, business bankruptcy and reorganization with 80% of his practice devoted to litigation.
A graduate of Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Mr. Samorajczyk is admitted to practice before courts in the District of Columbia, Virginia, U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Appeals District of Columbia Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit. He has also published papers pertaining to Chapter 11 bankruptcy law.
