Profile

V. Anne Edenfield has practiced law over 33 years in the Roanoke Valley in Elder Law, including complex Medicaid issues, special needs trusts, guardianships, estate planning, and estate administration. She also has a family law practice and has been qualified by the Supreme Court of Virginia to serve as a Guardian ad litem for both children and incapacitated adults. Her extensive experience in both Elder Law and Family Law allows her to serve clients whose legal needs often include both. Her bar activities have included being a member of the Virginia State Bar's Disciplinary Committee and on the Faculty of the Professionalism Course. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of UNC at Chapel Hill and the UNC School of Law, and she serves the community on a number of non profit boards of directors.  She makes home visits to clients who are unable to come to her office.
