Founding partner at K&G Law Group, PLLC, Zachary Kitts, concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, qui tam litigation and other complex civil litigation matters.
Located in Fairfax, Virginia, Mr. Kitts represents and counsels both employers and employees in a wide variety of employment-related issues, including executive compensation and severance, covenants not to compete and other restraints of trade, business torts, and discriminatory discharge on the employment side of his legal practice. In his False Claims Act practice, Mr. Kitts represents relators in qui tam litigation under the federal False Claims Act and the Virginia Fraud Against Taxpayers Act. He has prosecuted a wide variety of claims for fraud against federal, state and local governments, including health care fraud, procurement fraud and financial fraud.
Mr. Kitts received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University and his law degree from American University's Washington College of Law. He is licensed to practice before all of the state and federal courts in District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

Other Outstanding Achievements:
- United States ex rel. Christine Duncan v. LS Technologies, et al., 2007 WL 4896185 (2007). Successfully prosecuted a non-intervened Federal False Claims Act case; became one of very few qui tam lawyers to have the Department of Justice award a client the statutory maximum of 30% of the government’s recovery.
