Bruce A. Fredrickson is a nationally recognized employee advocate, President of the Employee Rights Advocacy Institute, and past President of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Bruce won the largest employment discrimination award in the history of the Civil Rights Act, which distributed over $565 million to 1,100 women in a class action sex discrimination case, and for which Bruce was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. A founding member of Webster, Fredrickson, Correia & Puth, PLLC, Bruce Fredrickson has devoted his 34-year career to the representation of employees in civil rights matters, sexual harassment litigation, race and sex discrimination trials, litigation, and severance negotiations.
