Cheryl Tritt offers counsel to a wide range of communications companies, focusing specifically on wireless, satellite, local competition, broadband, and Internet and VoIP technology.  She advises clients on the regulatory implications of various transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, stock spin-offs, and new business ventures, and has assisted international organizations, including some of the world’s largest telecommunications companies.

Earlier in her career, she served as Chief of the Federal Communications Commission's Common Carrier Bureau (Wireline Competition Bureau).
