• Mr. Connell has published widely, especially on issues of cultural diversity in the criminal justice system.  He contributed chapters to each of the three editions of Cultural Issues in Criminal Defense, the third edition being published in 2010.  He has published articles in The Champion, the American Criminal Law Review, Judicature, the University of Baltimore Law Review, and other legal journals.
