She enjoys a national reputation as an advocate for employers in DOL/WHD LCA compliance investigations and appeals, DHS/ICE benefit fraud, employer sanctions and I-9 investigations, hearings and appeals, and DOJ/OSC immigration-related discrimination investigations and hearings.
