Mary Pivec advises and defends employers in legal disputes with employees and agencies that enforce discrimination, wage and hour, immigration, and other labor laws. She enjoys a national reputation as an advocate for employers in DOL/WHD LCA compliance investigations and appeals, DHS/ICE benefit fraud, employer sanctions and I-9 investigations, hearings and appeals, and DOJ/OSC immigration-related discrimination investigations and hearings.
