Melissa Rhea is a senior trial lawyer at the malpractice law firm of Jack H. Olender & Associates, P.C., where she handles catastrophic medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Ms. Rhea is a Past-President of the Trial Lawyers Association, D.C. and is a recipient of their Trial Lawyer of the Year. She is a longstanding faculty member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and Harvard Law School's Trial Advocacy Workshop, where she teaches trial skills to the law school's second and third year students. Ms. Rhea has served as a mediation trainer for the Superior Court's Multi-Door Civil Division and has participated in mediation training programs in Tanzania, Zambia and Romania. In addition to being chosen as a Washington DC Super Lawyer, she is also listed in the Best Lawyers in America.
