Profile

We represent individual executives and professionals with employment problems, employees with wage and hour problems, employees who have been harassed because of their sex, race, or religion, victims of other harassment, and employees who have been retaliated against because they were whistleblowers, reported fraud, complained to government agencies like the EEOC or the Department of Labor, or were witnesses in a matter.  We handle class actions and collective actions in minimum-wage or overtime cases.  We handle local cases, and work with other attorneys in cases across the country.  We are also involved in a mass tort case arising out of Hurricane Katrina.
