Mr. Johnson taught over 300 volunteer attorneys in seminars on personal injury law as well as mediation techniques. He taught the same mediation and settlement techniques to the judges of the Civil Division of the DC Superior Court.

- Maryland Garbage Truck Accident: $1.4 million verdict for worker injured when driver pulled away as he was entering vehicle.
- Construction Accident: $7 million settlement for apprentice plumber injured when steel fell on him while working.
- Airplane Hijacking: $13.2 million verdict for U.S. Government employee tortured and beaten on an overseas flight.
