Profile

Clarke focuses his practice on the defense of complex personal injury cases, with emphasis on medical malpractice defense. He has successfully defended physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, product manufacturers, and employers. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is an active member of DRI, Primerus Defense Institute, and Washington Health Care Risk Management Society. He donates his time working with the YMCA Camp Board and Partners for Youth Campaign as well as serving as Past President and long time Board member of Tacoma-Pierce County Junior Soccer Association. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound School of Law and resides in Gig Harbor with his wife Cindy. He has two children, Ryan and Kelly.
