Amy Williams-Derry litigates national class action ERISA and consumer cases with Keller Rohrback's complex litigation group. Ms. Williams-Derry has a leadership role in a number of nationally prominent ERISA actions, including Buus et al. v. WaMu Pension Plan, In re JP Morgan Chase Cash Balance Litigation, and In re Delphi Corporation Securities, Derivative & "ERISA" Litigation. She has an extensive background in commercial matters, including intellectual property, employment, securities, and corporate disputes, as well as a background in natural resources issues involving water rights, forest practices, endangered species, and toxic substances. Amy received her J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. She is an honors graduate of Brown University and serves on the Board of Directors of WithinReach. Ms. Williams-Derry has been named to the Rising Stars list every year since 2003.
