Andrew exclusively practices immigration law. He represents individuals, families, local businesses, and multinational corporations. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and currently serves as Consular Committee Chair for the local chapter. Andrew is a frequent speaker on immigration issues before community and professional audiences on topics that have ranged from visitor visas to asserting immigrant rights. He volunteers at legal clinics serving the King County immigrant communities. His memberships include the Asian Bar Association of Washington (Student and Scholarship Chair), National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, ACLU of Washington, American Immigration Law Foundation, and Washington State Bar Association. Andrew studied language at National Taiwan University and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
