Ben F. Barcus is a trial lawyer whose firm emphasizes plaintiffs' personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights, and insurance matters. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University). He is admitted to the Washington State Bar Association, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ben is a graduate of The Trial Lawyers College, and has many trial successes, including a recent  11.8 million dollar jury verdict against the State of Washington concerning the drowning death of a 2 - 1/2 year old boy who exited a daycare and drowned in an nearby lake.
