Ben is a graduate of The Trial Lawyers College, and has many trial successes, including a recent  11.8 million dollar jury verdict against the State of Washington concerning the drowning death of a 2 - 1/2 year old boy who exited a daycare and drowned in an nearby lake. The state licensing inspectors failed to enforce a requlation requiring fencing to prevent access to the water hazard.  Ben is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and enjoys the highest peer-reviewed rating.
