Profile

Ben Coleman's practice includes both litigation and transactional work in Washington and Idaho. His representation of clients includes medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and health care transactions. Mr. Coleman received his undergraduate degree from Whitworth College in 1998 and his law degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University in 2001. He is a member of Spokane's largest law firm -- Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole. In addition to his extensive trial practice, he has represented health care practitioners as corporate counsel and overseen several large mergers. Mr. Coleman is a frequent lecturer on medical malpractice risk prevention and employment law. He is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and a board member of the Spokane Salvation Army, Interfaith Hospitality Network, and St. George's School Alumni Association.
