Profile

Brad focuses on business, professional liability, and tort litigation. He has tried to jury verdict cases involving RICO, securities fraud, products liability, and legal malpractice. Brad was one of the lead counsel in the largest civil damages trial in Washington. Last year, he was lead trial counsel in the Seattle Sonics nationally publicized trial over the team's relocation, and he also obtained a defense verdict in a securities fraud trial and another defense verdict in a legal malpractice trial. Brad is a founding partner of Byrnes & Keller LLP, a Seattle boutique trial firm, which is respected for its trial experience in high-stakes cases. Brad is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, is a member of ABOTA, and is listed in Chambers USA, Benchmark, Lawdragon, and Washington Super Lawyers (Top Ten).
