Profile

For over 25 years, Brian has focused on real estate development, land use, and environmental law. "I enjoy what I do. I enjoy problem solving for clients. I enjoy the constant challenge of evolving my practice to meet client needs," he says. Brian has been an adjunct undergraduate faculty member at the University of Washington for over 15 years. He currently serves as a charter member of the Washington Advisory Council of the National Business Institute on real estate and land use law. He attended Dartmouth College and the University of California at Berkeley (A.B., 1973) and Georgetown University Law Center (1977).
