Real estate, land use, and environmental law are the primary focus of Brian's practice. His clients include private, public, and non-profit entities, both large and small. Representative cases: Dash Point Village Assoc. v. Exxon, 86 Wn. App. 596 (1997); J&B Development v. King County, 100 Wn. 2d 299 (1983); Assoc. of Rural Residents v. Kitsap County, 141 Wn. 2d 185 (1999). Brian is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington Undergraduate School of Business. He graduated from Georgetown Law Center. He attended Dartmouth College and the University of California at Berkeley.
