Briteney (Brit) Mercer has devoted her practice and career to defending individuals accused of crimes. She practices exclusively in the area of criminal defense in courts all over Western Washington. Her hard work and integrity have earned her the respect of her peers, adversaries and clients. In 2006, she was awarded the Random Acts of Professionalism award by the WSBA. She is an active member of the criminal defense bar, and is a currently on the Board of Governors for the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ms. Mercer received both her B.A and J.D. from the University of Washington, graduating cum laude and being selected for membership in Phi Beta Kappa.
