Profile
Mr. Forsberg’s defense litigation practice emphasizes personal injury, general liability, first and third party coverage analysis, and defense of bad faith claims. He is past President of the Northwest Environmental Claims Association and the Northwest Insurance Coverage Association, and past co-chair and member of the King County Bar Association’s Judicial Screening, Judicial Selection and Judicial Conferencing Committees. He serves as a King County Superior Court Arbitrator and instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s trial and deposition skills programs, and is an Adjunct Professor, Trial Advocacy, at the University of Washington School of Law. He has been named to the Washington Super Lawyers list for the past ten years and to the Top 100 list in 2010 and 2011. In 2010 the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association honored him with the distinction of WDTL Defense Trial Lawyer of the year.
