Profile

Carolyn Ladd is in-house counsel in the Labor & Employment Law Department at Boeing.  Her practice focuses on compliance with the ADA, the FMLA, Title VII, and state EEO laws. She provides day-to-day advice to human resources professionals, manages employment related litigation and conducts training.  Carolyn received a B.A. from the University of Washington, a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, and an LL.M. (Labor Law) from the Georgetown University Law Center.  She is on the Board of Directors for Community for Youth, a mentorship program for at-risk high school students.

Town & Country Magazine featured her international volunteer work in an article in its June 2005 edition.
