Catherine C. Clark is the founder and managing partner of the Law Office of Catherine C. Clark, PLLC, a Seattle law firm providing real estate litigation and appellate services to clients throughout the Puget Sound region and western Washington state. Ms. Clark is a former collegiate athlete who brings a sense of competitiveness, a strong work ethic and discipline to every client's case. Admitted to practice in 1991, Ms. Clark has both broad and extensive experience with virtually all types of contested real estate-related matters, including eminent domain takings (condemnation), land use and zoning disputes, boundary line disputes, lease disputes, soil contamination lawsuits, plaintiff's premises liability claims, construction disputes and appeals. Additionally, Ms. Clark handles a broad range of business disputes, including dissolution and employment-related lawsuits. Over the course of her career, Ms. Clark has authored several articles and has frequently been asked to speak about such topics to various professional and business audiences.
