Profile

For 30 years, Charlie Wiggins has represented clients in hundreds of appeals in the state and federal courts. His experience and ability earned him an appointment as judge on the Washington Court of Appeals, where he served with distinction. Upon leaving the court, he resumed private appellate practice, where he continues to represent individuals, businesses, and government in appeals in every substantive area of civil law. He regularly serves as a pro tem judge in Superior Court. He has chaired the Washington State Bar Association Disciplinary Board and Court Rules Committee and is President of the Washington Chapter of the American Judicature Society.
