Chase Alvord received his B.A. from Furman University in 1990 and his J.D., cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law in 1996. After five years at a large regional law firm, Mr. Alvord joined Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC in 2001, where his practice focuses on real estate litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Alvord also has significant experience in the arena of First Amendment litigation, having argued free speech cases in trial and appellate courts, and before the State Supreme Court. Mr. Alvord also advises agricultural commodity commissions and boards with respect to First Amendment issues surrounding mandatory assessments.
